A cloud-based system that help businesses serve their customers and answer their questions. It allows companies to define multiple departments, add customers, create/answer tickets. It also gives the ability to assign tickets to different customer service representatives. Finally, this web-based customer service system has various themes with different colors to allow for easy branding.
After having a clear idea of how the system will be, we defined the system requirements, the project scope, and started working on the ERD diagram and the system's entities. We completed and tested the project within 2 business weeks, and it's been up and serving clients since then.
